PRICING

All prices shown on my website are in GBP (£). I welcome purchases from overseas (unfortunately I am currently unable to supply to Europe due to issues arising from Brexit) but all orders are charged in GBP, any transaction fees that are added by your card company are not my responsibility. Delivery costs will be charged in addition, such additional charges are clearly displayed at the basket page where applicable and you can find more information on our Deliveries & Postage page here. Any import tax in your local country will be the responsibility of you, the purchaser.

Prices of products may change from time to time and any sales or offers may be withdrawn without prior warning. If there is a price change or withdrawn offer after you have placed your order I will contact you as soon as possible to either reconfirm or cancel your order.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

All items within the UK ordered online will be posted by Royal Mail and may require a signature depending on the postage options you choose during the checkout process. Regarding international deliveries, any additional charges that may be incurred for customs clearance must be borne by you. Risk in the Goods passes to you when the Goods are off loaded from Pandorapolar at the point of destination. If your order is late, please contact me. We can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the Royal Mail. This is 15 working days after the date of delivery. We will always try our best to make sure you get your items on time.
